Once you have had your home valued by one of our qualified valuers and decide it's time to put your property up for sale, one of our agents will call out to your property again to take professional photographs, room measurements and gather all necessary information that would be important to a purchaser in order for us to market your home to it's full potential. At this appointment, the agent will discuss and agree with you what your listing price will be. If you wish for the agency to carry out your viewings then the valuer will also arrange with you to provide keys or contact numbers to confirm viewings with vendor or occupant.
