Fiona has been with Homes Independent since 2006 and in this time has earned an HNC in estate management and 1st class honours degree in Property Investment, Appraisal and Development. As one of our valuers and part of our surveying team, Fiona's love for residential property is almost as strong as her love for Ballymena!
Claire's enthusiasm for house sales comes from over 20 years experience in the industry. In this time, Claire has developed an excellent level of local knowledge and provides a first class service to buyers, sellers and rental clients. From the first point of contact to handing keys to new homeowners, Claire has a fundamental role in both the sales and lettings department.
Coming from a background in conveyancing. Paula has excellent knowledge in the entire house selling process. Being a life-long local resident she knows this town like the back of her hand and will help clients not only sell their property, but find their forever home. Paula plays a key role 'behind the scenes' in our lettings team and ensures our landlords and tenants are assisted promptly with any maintenance issues.
Within our sales department Steven has a real drive and passion for residential property. He joined us in 2019, he is a man with an eye for the fine details and deals well with all our new builds making sure every last detail is perfect within your new home.

John has in excess of 35 years experience as a chartered surveyor providing valuation of residential, commercial and agricultural premises in the Ballymena and surrounding areas. John is a RICS qualified & registered valuer under the valuers registration scheme. John's particular specialism is agricultural land and property undertaking valuations for mortgage, matrimonial, probate and insurance purposes.

Clifford has 25 years experience as a chartered surveyor providing valuation of residential, commercial and agricultural premises in the Ballymena and surrounding areas. Clifford is a RICS qualified and registered valuer under the valuers registration scheme. Clifford's particular expertise is in the valuation of residential and commercial property undertaking valuations for mortgage, matrimonial, probate and insurance purposes, homebuyer and condition inspection reports.
