Under the finders package, we arrange everything from your rental valuation to marketing your property and sourcing reliable tenants through to drawing up contracts and collecting the deposit and first months rent. Our team will work to source the most appropriate tenant for your needs and manage the tenancy arrangements and clauses on your behalf.
Our management package fulfills all the criteria above but extends during the full tenancy between landlord and tenant. As part of this service we collect rent, organise inventories, cost any dilapidations, arrange repairs, stand as the main point of contact for the tenant, carry out six monthly property inspections and place your property on the tenancy deposit scheme.
