Our Fees


Homes Independent do not charge any upfront or registration fees for selling your property. We offer a full sales package which is payable on completion. This means that you pay only one fee once the property has successfully changed hands. Our sales package includes all administration, marketing, advertising and brochure production. This package also includes your EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) and our agents carrying out all your viewings on a key and accompanied basis. The property portals we advertise on include: Our valuer will discuss your personal tailored sales package with you at the valuation stage.
